Botika is a dynamic startup in the Generative AI space, empowering fashion brands with cutting-edge technology to revolutionize their visual content. Our platform transforms basic product images into high-quality, studio-grade photos, helping e-commerce businesses save time and money, enhance their online presence and drive sales.

Based in Tel Aviv, we're looking for a User Acquisition Lead to grow our performance marketing. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling the paid acquisition activity in this fast-paced startup environment.

About the job

As User Acquisition Lead, you'll lead Botika's paid campaigns initiatives, ensuring all relevant channels and platforms are finely tuned to meet ambitious revenue targets. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and scale a growth engine while making a tangible impact on our company's success.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the company’s user acquisition activity, with a focus on promoting our B2B SaaS freemium solution.
  • Drive high-quality customer acquisition across a diverse range of channels, platforms and user segments including paid performance marketing, SEO, and more.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Support our efforts to improve attribution, forecasting, and ROI reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to enhance the marketing funnel and unlock additional growth opportunities.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing large budget user acquisition campaigns and a proven track record of driving user growth and revenue in a B2B environment.
  • Cross platform experience: Google (YouTube), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Strong data analysis skills, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies and executing them effectively.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and funnels, particularly those with self-serve products.
  • Previous experience in an early-stage startup or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing tools, systems, and tactics.
