We’re looking for a seasoned Staff Software Engineer to join our growing team. You will help shape technical design with company-wide impact and build financial systems to process insurance claims across hundreds of payers and millions of dollars in transactions.

You will:

  • Lead development of key financial products to accelerate payment for home health providers
  • Build clinical AI solutions to improve quality of life for frontline care teams
  • Shape technical architecture in collaboration with leadership and engineering
  • Build on our foundational infrastructure to enable rapid customer growth

You are:

  • A self-starter who can own solutions and outcomes from the ground up
  • Deeply-versed in technical trade-offs and software engineering best practices
  • A team lead and problem solver who can drive toward clarity in the face of ambiguity

You have extensive experience in several of the following:

  • Building software using cloud infrastructure, such as AWS and ECS/EKS
  • Developing APIs using GraphQL, gRPC, or REST, and integrating with 3rd party APIs
  • Backend languages and web service frameworks, such as Typescript with Node.js/Express.
  • Relational databases and data modeling
  • DevOps, automation, and continuous delivery to streamline the development process
  • Agile development and adapting to evolving customer needs

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • FinTech, InsurTech, or Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
  • DevOps, observability, or CI/CD pipelines
