SoHookd’s Wellness Platform helps healthcare insurance carriers (payers) and employers retain, support, and improve wellness for their populations. This is accomplished by offering a unique and differentiated solution providing holistic, innovative and inclusive wellness offerings that can be integrated into an organization's benefit, reward or appreciation programs. The Role: This role sits at the heart of SoHookd. The role will assist in amplifying the executive team's efforts and executing the vision & mission of SoHookd. The role is a mix of project management, people management, customer support & administration. Other related duties as needed.

Responsibilities: Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Duties include but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
  • Set training standards & onboard new teammates
  • Identify ways to improve internal processes
  • Manage small customer support team to respond to all user inquiries
  • Manage small team to fulfill all orders placed on the SoHookd Wellness Marketplace
  • Serve as account manager with third-party partner brands offered on the SoHookd Wellness

Platform

  • Manage KPI dashboard & Reporting
  • Review & Update Operational Policies & Procedures
  • Manage and help resolve unexpected challenges that arise in day-to-day activities
  • Provide oversight for long-term special projects and initiatives
  • Provide support for team meetings including setting agendas, taking notes, and summarizing next steps & action plan for the team

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
  • Business operations experience
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Experience with project management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Well organized and high attention to detail
  • High level of accountability
  • Proactive, curious & problem solver mindset
  • Agility and comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to operate independently
  • Systems thinker
  • Vendor Management experience preferred
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Strong experience with powerpoint and excel
  • Adept with quickly learning new platforms and systems
  • Experience with platforms such as: Monday.com, notion, freshworks, and Kabana

Compensation and Benefits:

  • This is a full-time, salaried position. Salary range is $100,000 - $115,000
  • Unlimited vacation
