**The Role:**
This role sits at the heart of SoHookd. The role will assist in amplifying the executive team's efforts and executing the vision & mission of SoHookd. The role is a mix of project management, people management, customer support & administration. Other related duties as needed.

**Responsibilities:**
Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Duties include but not limited to:

- Collaborate with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
- Set training standards & onboard new teammates
- Identify ways to improve internal processes
- Manage small customer support team to respond to all user inquiries
- Manage small team to fulfill all orders placed on the SoHookd Wellness Marketplace
- Serve as account manager with third-party partner brands offered on the SoHookd Wellness

**Platform**

- Manage KPI dashboard & Reporting
- Review & Update Operational Policies & Procedures
- Manage and help resolve unexpected challenges that arise in day-to-day activities
- Provide oversight for long-term special projects and initiatives
- Provide support for team meetings including setting agendas, taking notes, and summarizing next steps & action plan for the team

**Skills Required:**

- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
- Business operations experience
- Startup experience preferred
- Experience with project management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Well organized and high attention to detail
- High level of accountability
- Proactive, curious & problem solver mindset
- Agility and comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to operate independently
- Systems thinker
- Vendor Management experience preferred
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Strong experience with powerpoint and excel
- Adept with quickly learning new platforms and systems
- Experience with platforms such as: Monday.com, notion, freshworks, and Kabana

**Compensation and Benefits:**

- This is a full-time, salaried position. Salary range is $100,000 - $115,000
- Unlimited vacation
- This position is fully remote
