The Role

This role will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and activation of customer wellness programs. This includes set-up and management of SoHookd wellness workshops, gift card distribution, wellness challenges, internal program-related communications and collateral, and performing admin and management duties including reports, scheduling, providing customer support, and ongoing relationship management. Other related duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. Duties include but not limited to:

Strategic Account Management:

  • Quarterly check-in meetings with each employer group account to update on engagement metrics, solicit feedback, and adjust program strategy based on learnings (if needed).
  • Design and prepare a proposal for renewing employer group account each sales cycle.
  • Build and nurture relationship with the all the client point-of-contacts to provide thought partnership, insight, and support (e.g., resolving any client issues).
  • Responsible for retaining and growing client programs and driving sales growth for existing accounts.

Operational Account Management:

  • Create invoices for renewal programs and track and follow-up on all outstanding invoices with the appropriate payer (e.g. Health Plan Carrier/Client Point-of-Contact).
  • Provide direction and be accountable for program activation and implementation, utilizing the project management tool (ClickUp).
  • Host and attend wellness workshops as needed

Activate New Programs

  • Manage the Activation & Implementation Associate
  • Accountable for successful activation, delivery and customer support of program

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of B2B software account management and sales experience managing and renewing medium sized contracts in a quota-carrying capacity.
  • Account management experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Well organized and high level of accountability.
  • Proactive, curious & problem solver mindset.
  • Ability to operate independently.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Experience with HubSpot (CRM) and project management tools is a plus.
  • Intrinsic drive to be successful, love to win - You'll take initiative to figure it out and are motivated to do your absolute best.
  • Is comfortable and not easily overwhelmed in a fast-paced role and mission-driven environment
  • Empathetic listener - You’ll listen more than you talk. And, you really get what they mean.
  • Clear, succinct communicator – Using your customer’s language, you’ll help them clearly understand the value SoHookd delivers.
  • Collaborate and win as a team – You’ll compete, but above that, you’ll collaborate, you’ll share what is working, you’ll help the team win, and you’ll take on projects outside of just closing deals.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • On-Target-Earnings (salary + commission) ~ $108K - $178K
