Do You Thrive In A Dynamic Environment Where You Can Make A Real Difference?

As a Senior Sales Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving SoHookd's mission forward by securing partnerships with key healthcare insurance carriers, benefit brokers and employers. You will leverage your proven sales expertise and deep understanding of the corporate wellness landscape to identify high-value opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and close deals with major customers.

What Will You Do?

Driving Growth Through Sales:

  • Lead the full sales cycle for new customers, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and exceeding ambitious quarterly and annual targets.
  • Proactively source new business opportunities through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and capitalizing on marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct impactful product demos tailored to address customer pain points and showcase how
  • SoHookd drives business outcomes for employers and improves employee wellbeing.
  • Develop winning proposals strategically aligned with customer needs and unique challenges.
  • Manage and update the CRM (HubSpot) system, ensuring accurate data for forecasting deal closure rates and predicting new business opportunities.

Building Strong Customer Relationships:

  • Be the face of SoHookd for new customers and partners, fostering trust and demonstrating how the platform significantly improves employee wellbeing.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that contribute to a thriving corporate wellness culture.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Maintain a data-driven approach, utilizing CRM data and forecasts to inform strategic sales decisions.
  • Partner with the executive team to ensure alignment with company goals and maximize the impact of sales efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that propel SoHookd's expansion and growth.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
  • May require some travel.

What You Bring to the Table?

  • Minimum of 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales environment, preferably within the healthcare or corporate wellness industry
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious goals
  • Strong understanding of corporate wellness programs and their impact on employee health
  • and engagement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners at all levels
  • Deep understanding of the sales cycle and a data-driven approach to selling
  • Intrinsic drive to be successful, love to win, and high level of accountability

Compensation and Benefits:

  • On-Target-Earnings (salary + commission) ~ $150K to $245K
