Job brief

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer who possesses a unique blend of visionary thinking and pragmatic execution. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing the future design of our products and breaking down broad concepts into manageable steps. You will have ownership over the products' design systems. Additionally, you will guide and mentor other designers while actively contributing to hands-on design work.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the UX/UI of the company’s products, from ideation to implementation.
• Creating design requirements based on product managers' problem definitions
• Creating and maintaining design systems for our different products
• Guiding other designers to ensure the product UX/UI, processes, guidelines, etc. are properly implemented and maintained
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA to suggest improvements in products and processes
• Present product design ideas for cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and customers

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a product designer
• Proven experience designing and simplifying complex products
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• Proven experience defining and maintaining design systems or style guides for complex products
• Proven experience guiding other designers
• Experience with Figma, HTML5 & CSS3
• BA in visual design - Advantage
